About Our Centers

Care Net Pregnancy Center opened in 1992 with one goal in mind: to offer hope to women in our community who find themselves in unplanned pregnancies. Our desire is to empower families through compassion, Christ-centered support, and our life-affirming network of pregnancy centers, churches, organizations, and individuals. Our conveniently placed centers in Oroville, Omak, and Brewster provide services FREE of charge to hundreds of clients across North Central Washington every year.

Care Net’s employees and volunteers advocate for healthy families by offering tangible, emotional, and spiritual support. Our holistic approach is designed to walk with families every step of the way. If you’re facing an unplanned pregnancy, we’re here to let you know, you’re not alone.

Care Net Pregnancy Center of North Central Washington is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Donations given in support of our mission are tax deductible as allowed by law. End of year tax letters are sent out annually in January. For questions or comments please contact us through omak-manager@ncidata.com

Our Staff

Angel Ross
Executive Director

Hi there! My name is Angel Ross. I have been with Care Net for 22 years. I love serving the women and families that walk through our doors. I married my high school sweetheart, Bruce Ross in 1993. After trying to get pregnant for 10 years we miraculously welcomed our baby girl, Faith, in 2003. The Lord has blessed us with a little farm, lots of chickens, pigs and a sweet lab named Marley. I love to decorate and paint. I love everything about the shabby-chic farmhouse look.

We have three adult children, two grandsons & two great-grandsons. Our youngest son Nathan helps me in our small nut orchard & big garden. We love to worship at our church Valley Christian Fellowship. God has blessed me mightily! He is a good Father.

I am grateful to Jesus Christ for having given me the opportunity to know and accept Him since 2011, since then I like to be and get involved in the events of my church and support as much as possible.
