Dr. Stephen Lamb, MD, MPH, Mobile Medical Director
Steve Lamb has been the Medical Director for CareNet NCW since 2018. He is a board certified Family Physician, graduating from Waterville HS, Seattle Pacific University and University of Washington School of Medicine. After 12 years of medical practice in North Central Washington, Dr Lamb joined the United States Air Force, retiring in 2016. Since then he has worked in Emergency Medicine and as a Hospitalist at North Valley Hospital in Tonasket, and has volunteered with Mercy Ships, serving on the Africa Mercy intermittently for the past 2 years. Dr Lamb and his wife, Cindy, live in Oroville. They have 6 grown children and 12 beautiful grandchildren.
Elizabeth Brown, BSN, RN, Nurse Manager
I am a believer in Jesus Christ and grateful for the hope we have in Him! I grew up in Vancouver, WA where my parents were actively involved in counseling women at a Crisis Pregnancy Center and advocating for babies’ lives! I have always known how precious even the smallest life is! I graduated nursing school at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, MD. I moved to Seattle to begin nursing at Harborview in Trauma Orthopedics, followed by a move to Vancouver to get married to my husband, where I worked in Continuing Care with Kaiser Permanente. Heath and I were married in 2009, and after bringing home our second baby, I turned my focus and efforts home as the Lord called. We have since had five more children and are expecting our eighth this October!!! We moved to Brewster, my husband’s hometown, in 2016. I returned to nursing, per diem, in 2020. Since living in Brewster, near CARENET, I have been praying for an opportunity to serve in a practical way. I am very excited that they have decided to pursue ultrasound and other medical services to further reach our community and be more available to the needs here. Now, as a mom who understands physical, emotional, and financial challenges, I’m looking forward to meeting moms and their families where they’re at and helping welcome their newest members!

My name is June Kershner I have been married to Tom for 39 years. We have 3 adult children who are married with children. We have 10 grandchildren. We are blessed. We have been involved with Young Life for over 25 years. I have been in nursing since 15. Nurses aid first. Became an Rn for 39 years and involved with Family Practioners who have taken care of Mom's and babies. I am looking forward to being a nurse with Carenet. May We give the best care who comes our way.
